Tamia and Grant Hill welcomed a new baby girl into their family on Aug. 9 in Orlando, Fl.Young black power couple Tamia and Grant Hill has welcomed the latest addition to their family today.

The R&B singer and the NBA All-Star welcomed a baby girl to their family on the afternoon of Aug. 9

Named Lael Rose Hill, the baby -- weighing 8 lbs. 6 oz -- was born in Orlando, Florida.

She's the second daughter for the handsome couple who have been married since July 1999.

The family plans to move from their home in Orlanda to Arizona later this month -- Hill joins the Phoenix Suns after six seasons with the Orlando Magic.

Tamia, a former protégé of Quincy Jones, is a Grammy nominated chanteuse whose last opus was the critically acclaimed 'Between Friends,' released last year.
